I have called this company for toner for quite a while. They sell me a remanufactured brand of toner. I have yet to receive a defective one. The price is less expensive and the quality meets high standards. I order it about a week before I need it and they deliver it direct to me with in two days. It is nice to have a buisness in Yakima that can do that for me considering my busy schedule. I am a proud dedicated customer.
