I had a cataract removed this past October 21st at the Laser and Surgery Center. I was greeted by the receptionists and later by the medical team. Everyone was pleasant, smiling, and very professional. When I was getting prepped with eye drops and IV insertion, everyone who came by introduced themselves. Great staff! Anesthesiologist, nurses, front receptionist all fast efficient and friendly.
Like a factory ….crowded, patient announcements on loudspeakers & staff are rude. Almost left … doctors need better for their oatients
