Love how their ignoring me! Went for a consolidation, now trying to book and being totally ignored. No voicemail returned, no social media post returned nothing. Got hopes up just to be let down.
The studio itself is clean, and my first set of sessions was a positive experience—the service was good, and I had no complaints there. However, my experience with the owner regarding a second Groupon purchase was extremely unprofessional. So friendly and really know their stuff! I am getting a tattoo removed and they were able to make me comfortable and relaxed. I could tell I was in the hands of an expert. I was quoted quite fairly at a reasonable price and time. Also, their office is lovely!
AN AVERAGE AESTHETIC PROVIDER. EVER SINCE HAMILTON STORE CLOSED DOWN, MAJOR CHANGES IN STAFFING, I HONESTLY WOULD SAY LSG WENT FROM AWESOME TO AVERAGE, AND IN NO RUSH TO RETURN THERE. UNFORTUNATELY WHETHER STAFF RESIGNED, BUT NEW STAFF ARE MOSTLY AVERAGE AND DEFINITELY NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE AWESOME AND PERSONAL SERVICE THEY USED TO PROVIDE.
