Terrible customer service. The guy on the phone was arrogant and insulting. They charge shipping after delivery, which is odd, and when I asked about it he insulted me and insinuated that I am an idiot. Not only that he didn t even answer the question before hanging up on me. I will never use this company again, even if I lose profits from someone more expensive, disgusting service. whoever it is answering phones on a Saturday needs to be fired. I was so mad I didn t get his name.

Excellent Company, they know pretty much everything there is to know about Marble, Granite, Wood, Etc. Mr. Jim McCreary or Captain Jim is an expert in his field. Judy/Mrs McCreary is a very polite and professional woman who really knows her stuff, especially when it comes to fashion! Matthew McCreary is the Son and he can answer nearly every question you ask him when concerning his product and Laser Engraving!
