I purchased an HP laptop battery from Laser Pros in September, 2020. It had never worked properly and now it only charges intermittently. I contacted them and they told me the battery only had a 60 day warranty in accordance with the manufacturer. I contacted HP and was told their batteries were warrantied for 2 years. Then when I removed the battery, I saw the manufacturer date was 7/19 so the battery was over a year old when they sold it to me. I have called and emailed them and they refuse to respond.
