Horrible experience & unsafe car wash! Paid $8 touchiness car wash fee & the top ceiling bar dispensing the wax fell hitting the front end of my car. Everything shut off & we were stuck! We weren’t sure if we should get out & decided to find a phone number for help. Left a message & a gal called back & was extremely rude! Told her we were stuck 10 minutes & she yelled at me.
