I did not use Laser Printers MD service to repair my 2-year old color laser printer as the gentleman that I spoke to recommended that I get a new printer as the estimated cost could be higher than the cost of a new color laser printer. It's not often that a business cares enough about a customer to save the customer money from repairing an older product when they could get a new printer for roughly the same amount of money.
