We will recommend Laser Plus to everyone. Greeted at the door by several friendly faces and was able to meet with the tech to explain the problem. He took the machine right away and it was repaired within hours and carried to my car! Great services available. Will use them again for purchases and repairs.

Called Laser Plus to get an urgent repair done. Our office was down because both printers failed within a day of each other. A tech named Gary came out and did two major repairs, installed original HP parts and even made sure he cleaned them. He said, half joking, "If I'm going to fix it, I may as well make it look pretty, too." The best part, he only charged me a service fee to fix one and just the additional parts for the second one. Best service we ever got on office equipment!

A new associate Randall Harrison invited me to a very warm office where I was greeted by not only he but many of the staff. Our meeting was a friendly one in which we not only told about ourselves but exchanged ideas about how we could help one another. These are the kinds of connections it is truly a blessing to make. A friend referred me to Laser Plus for my company. I'm glad they did! Their service is super fast & the service guys (Hugo & Carl) were charming, efficient & solved our problem quickly. We are now using their Preventive Maintenance Program for printers, & it seems like a bargain to me. They remanufacture toners and they work great and have really saved us a bundle. Keep up the great work!
