They refuse to answer the phone and have not shown up to 3 different scheduled appointments. I have paid for the tattoo removal service and I can’t get ahold of them to complete the service.
If I could leave a 0 star I would. Not going to be long winded with this review but the first few visits went great but with a revolving door of “technicians” you never know time to time what you’ll get service wise. I was being helped by someone brand new (red flag) and proceeded to give me basically nothing in comparison to what the rest did. Overall if you need a tattoo removed they can do it but keep in mind they are a business and if you get the wrong tech they will milk your time and money for far longer than need be.
SEE EDIT AT THE BOTTOM. DISSAPOINTED. There are so many positives about this place I can’t possibly name them all. The staff is easy to relate to while remaining professional. They have so much experience, and they are extremely knowledgeable about the treatments they’re performing. The atmosphere feels very clean and light. The treatment itself of course hurts.
