I went to Laser Partners for half-sleeve tattoo removal and paid approximately $2,000 for a full removal package. Over the course of several sessions, I experienced consistent issues that raised serious concerns about professionalism and reliability. Paid for this service over a year ago, they randomly shut down in Jan of this year with no warning or phone call and I have called, texted, left messages, showed up, emailed and social media messaged constantly to have my service completed with no idea what is going on. It is now September and at this point I feel like I will have to sue the company in order to get any of my money back on top of a half removed tattoo. DO NOT GO HERE!
They refuse to answer the phone and have not shown up to 3 different scheduled appointments. I have paid for the tattoo removal service and I can’t get ahold of them to complete the service.
If I could leave a 0 star I would. Not going to be long winded with this review but the first few visits went great but with a revolving door of “technicians” you never know time to time what you’ll get service wise. I was being helped by someone brand new (red flag) and proceeded to give me basically nothing in comparison to what the rest did. Overall if you need a tattoo removed they can do it but keep in mind they are a business and if you get the wrong tech they will milk your time and money for far longer than need be.
