I want to thank the entire staff at Love. The excellent Dr. Harmanjit, the assistants, the nurses, the secretary, and the director. Everyone was very kind and professional. But I especially want to thank Mei. She was with me before, during, and after the operation. Thank you for making sure I was comfortable with the surgery, for explaining everything in detail and professionally, and for caring about me. Thank you, Mei. 3 days post-op, and my vision is 20/20.
The whole experience was excellent. The clinic is well setup, clean and bright. Doris, at reception was very welcoming; Jasmine the pre and post-operative RN was both professional and informative. There are others whose names I cannot recall, but the RNs in the laser room and operating room were both very professional and reassuring. The surgeon was focused on the job at hand. I would highly recommend this facility for cataract surgery. Thanks to all Murray Matangi Retired cardiologist.
Just had my RLE for my cataract last week. Professionalism at it’s best from Doris at reception desk, to Dr Ross who did my surgery, Taran (site manager), optometrist (sorry do not know her name) to all stuff at Love. You are all exceptional. At a friend’s referral had chosen Dr. Ross and it was right choice. She is not only expert in her field but very personable and kind. My vision on operated eye is already 20/20, week after surgery! Looking forward to have my second eye corrected. Thanks Love!
It was a very good decision to come over. They are all nice and professional. I got all important informations and will be able to make my decision to go or not for the surgery in the next comming mounts.
