Terrible experience. Went for body waxing and the lady (maybe the receptionist) didn’t put any cleaning paper or sanitise the waxing bench before beginning. Just told me to settle on the bare unclean bench. No cleanliness or hygiene for the next appointment whatsoever!!! The waxing bench itself was dirty and had a weird stain marks. The wax was very hot and it was burning my skin at places. Visited today for body wax and facial wax, kavya attended me and she’s gem, felt so comfortable with her and she did great job, see you next time!
Worst Service, got my haircut done, she did worst job, owner did it herself, won’t recommend anyone to get hair service from them, am going through mental trauma just because of what she has done to my hair, can’t go outside just because how ugly i look with this haircut I really don’t care if you have 100 years of experience, all i wanted is good hair cut, she did a bad job and you need to accept that, you guys offering me to come back, i would never come back to your place.

I got laser hair removal and eyebrow threading, I was nervous going in the first time but the stuff were very welcoming and made the whole experience so much easier. I highly recommend getting your treatments from here.
