I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Laser Medical Canada. I sent my Picosure machine to them in February 2024 for repair, and after nearly nine months and over $22,000 paid in fees, I still don’t have my machine back. The lack of communication has been astounding. I have to constantly chase them down with emails and voicemails, which are rarely answered promptly, if at all.
