I had a disappointing experience with Laser Lust & Co. After my initial tattoo appointment was canceled last minute due to an emergency, which I understood, I was rescheduled for Wednesday at 10:30 AM. Upon arrival, I waited for 30 minutes before being given a consent form to fill out. During this time, there was no communication or apology regarding the delay.
