I had a disappointing experience with Laser Lust & Co. After my initial tattoo appointment was canceled last minute due to an emergency, which I understood, I was rescheduled for Wednesday at 10:30 AM. Upon arrival, I waited for 30 minutes before being given a consent form to fill out. During this time, there was no communication or apology regarding the delay. Love the vibe and atmosphere. Came in with friends to get a couple tattoos and it was such an amazing experience.

First of all let me say, Yessenia is an angel of the purest form!! Not only did she squeeze me in last minute so I could have an app with my 2 friends, she was Soo friendly and fun and accommodated the three of us and our needs, whether we wanted to change the design or colour last minute!!! Do not sleep on getting a tattoo from Yessenia she is a Gem and does amazing work!

Yesi was an absolute dream and did phenomenal work! She accommodated added to an appointment and changing designs. Very clean and professional- grab a friend and go see her ASAP! Can’t wait to book my next appointment- we were already planning future designs.
