Laser Lounge is always a great experience. All the staff are professional, friendly and very experienced. I am so glad I started going there! My skin is feeling so smooth! And the pricing structure being "per part and per visit" is so much better than a "package" like some places charge. Every person is different. While I might need 9 treatments of an area, you might only need 5, so why pay one price? It's individualized which makes it much more cozy effective. Thank you Angie, Katie, Kaylynn and Savannah!

If you're Black or have dark skin, don't waste your time contacting them. They conveniently don't have lasers to treat dark skin. I'm sure they'll reply saying that it's not intentional and give some long winded excuse. But, in 2025...come on. Because if they wanted to support a variety of skin types they would. This an intentional choice and that is okay. But everyone should know. I appreciate knowing where my business isn't wanted. Thank you.

Lori was amazing! Entire process was fairly quick and almost completely painless. Lori was professional and made me feel comfortable for the entire treatment.
