I am furious. I paid thousands of dollars for a laser package. I've tried for a couple months to schedule the laser appointment but they only have one person there who could do the procedure and she was on vacation for a month and booked for another month so I was unable to use my package. I now have to move due to a job transfer. I called and spoke to Maggie a couple of weeks ago who assured me they would refund the money to me. She will now not return my calls. They don't let you know of the dangers of the treatment . when asked they sugar coat it. Just be honest. So the client can get the best treatment. My skin looks worse now. After the treatment.
Take advantage of the coupons, I've saved soo much cash. This is the only medical facility I actually enjoy visiting.
I have had 3 procedures in the past 2 months at LaserLoft. Microdermabrasion by Stephanie was fantastic- but the other 2 procedures (Laser & Botox) were disappointing. The girl (Dianne) who did the Frac & Botox didn’t give me any follow-up instructions for either one- so I had to google the info . After the first bad experience , I felt it was only fair to give them a second chance (Botox) but no different. Didn’t notice ANY difference after the frac treatment.
