I really like my 3d extreme and the customer support is great. I use this machine for my automotive work and residential keys as well. The automation for best keys is great, allowing for the same cut every time producing smooth working keys. Calibration is easy as long as you follow the directions which the manual is great for incase you forget or need to see how. Learning your machine is critical for its successful operation. Highly recommend.
