I took my chain to be repaired at Laser Jewelry and besides the great job they did repairing it they polished it and made it look brand new. Customer service is amazing i highly recommend this place!!! They definitely earned a new customer.
This place is amazing. They will recreate, reconstruct and revive your most dearest piece of jewelry. When you thought it was ruined go to Laser Jewelry and you will see the magic. I highly recommend this place!
UPDATE: After posting my initial review (posted below), the business reached out and sincerely apologized for my experience. They explained that there had been a misunderstanding due to a language barrier and invited me back to repair my necklace free of charge. I went in, and they fixed it without any issues. I am very disappointed with the service I received here. I brought my necklace in for repair twice, paying for the same issue each time. Unfortunately, the necklace broke again in the exact same spot a third time. When I returned, I was told I would have to pay yet again for the same repair. In my experience, when you take an item in for repair, the expectation is that the problem will be fixed properly. I brought in a watch that had been broken for years. It belonged to my late mother, and has a deep sentimental value to me. The first go round, they tried to replace the battery, but unfortunately that wasn't the issue with the watch.
