I brought in a watch that had been broken for years. It belonged to my late mother, and has a deep sentimental value to me. I brought a ring and a necklace to be fixed. When picking it up it took them 20 min to even find my items. During this time I was asking what is going on? Is it lost? And just told over and over “Don’t worry.” The ring was repaired but the necklace was completely ruined. This was a vintage piece from the 1930s. They ruined the enamel on the engraving and didnt even attach the charm to the necklace. And for the chain itself, it was ruined too. Why they thought I would’ve accepted that is beyond me.
