So on July 25th 2025 on the LIE, a truck driver driving an oversize load decided he did not want to let me merge onto the highway, l attempted to go behind him, but there was no space being that it is an oversized load so it takes up most of the lane. Horrible, horrible, horrible company. Unprofessional!! They definitely must have an in with the town as they where doing work for road preparation on Swezey lane in Middle Island and a worker left box cutter and rebar in road that blew out my tire. I reported to town and they said Laser Industies responsible. I made several calls and not one call back from owner/manager. I left multiple messages. This company does not stand by there work. This company is the worst place in the world to work. I work there for a month and Dominic told me no work Monday. Monday I received a call about there's no more work for me. Why why the company didn’t provide me 2 weeks to seek for another job . Dominic just tell me there no more job with any explanation.
I was driving and one of their trucks was hurling out asphalt with no concern to other drivers. Tons of little pieces hit my windshield and made driving conditions dangerous. It was raining asphalt. When I called up the receptionist seemed pleasant at first, but in the call back she informed me they were not liable for the damage they caused to my windshield and did not apologize. Since they did not take responsibility for their actions in this instance, I would not recommend this company.
