In the past I've had great service from Laser Images. The business has since been purchased by Paula whom was an employee there. Since then, the service has been very much so substandard. I dropped off two video cassettes to November of 2024 to be transferred to DVD and thumbdrives. I've called in January 2025 and they had not been done. Paula apologized and says she will get to them and call me by the end of the week, no phone call from her. I've since called twice and Paula apologize again.
