Excellent service. Same tech's year after year says a lot about the company.
I called Laser Heating and Cooling two weeks ago to have them look at our a/c unit that wasn't working correctly. They arrived at my house within an hour of my phone call and spent ample time looking everything over. Not only were they able to fix our a/c units but went above and beyond looking at an unrelated leak in my ceiling. They were so thorough, explained the issue in detail and were so honest! Mike Garrity and the team at Laser Heating & Cooling have been servicing our home HVAC needs for close to 20 years. In addition to expertly maintaining our three separate systems, they’ve replaced our water heater, installed an air exchanger in our basement crawl space, and replaced failed components of our heating and cooling equipment when needed. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of service provided by the Laser crew!
