My experience hasn't't been great. The doctor that was recommended and I booked in with was swapped without notification. The option to swap back was given but I had taken time out of my schedule for the procedure & recovery. During the procedure I was asked to focus on a red dot with an all-black background which was followed by the instruction to look beyond the red dot. I had LASIK eye surgery 3 weeks ago and my prescription was at -10 beforehand. The whole process was incredibly smooth and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire procedure.
