This is a highly professional clinic, with wonderful results, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Even less than 24 hours later my vision is better than when I was wearing glasses, and I can’t wait to see how it improves in the near future. Highly recommend for anyone who needs it.
I finally plucked up the courage to get eye surgery after years of procrastination (just not wanting to have a laser in my eye ball) My experience at this clinic was fantastic from start to finish. The team at Laservision Central Coast are just the best. They’re very thorough, caring, fast and easy to deal with. Answered all my questions. And perfect as a Covid-safe medical practice - I’m just so grateful that they take Covid seriously as I’m immune compromised and can’t risk catching Covid at all. Dr Arora is so lovely, my vision is now perfect, and I couldn’t recommend SMILE surgery more.

Disgusting customer service, using medical apartied to force me to have a the covid death vacination to get in to see the Dr, at No time was this ever mentioned that this was a requirement. They then advised i had to take a RAT test , which i obliged and they said it was positive and that i could not see the Dr, upon asking to see the positive test, as i would have to submit this to NSW health, they refused to provide me the evidence CLEARLY LYING AND TRYING TO FORCE THEIR MEDICAL OPINION ON OTHERS.
