Good efficient work, located a very hard to find electrical fault on an older Hilux. Will use Laser again.
Disappointing experience on a personal level. It was a freak situation no one could have predicted, but it could’ve been handled better. I brought the van in for an assessment due to an issue with the sliding door—it wouldn’t unlock/open. The remote key worked fine, but when used manually in the door, it caused the cabin to be locked and inaccessible. No one knew this.
