came in for miradry pros - most of the staff are lovely, treatment was faster than i expected, still dry as a bone months later, price was average cons - ended up with an infection worth it
Five stars for the nurses and dermatologists. They are so professional and friendly. They are the only reason I am coming back here again. One star for the receptionists. They have been non stop making mistakes, wasting a lot of my time to contact them to fix their mistakes. First they took my information wrong, then the receptionist tried to redirect me to a plastic surgeon for mole removal even though my doctor referred me to a dermatologist. Inconsistent pricing, consistently poor service. I came here for laser hair removal after being referred, but it’s been a waste of my time, money, and patience. The first two nurses I encountered were rude and unprofessional. The third nurse I saw today was kind, which is the only reason this isn’t a one-star review. What really pushed me to leave this review, though, is the pricing. Today’s session cost nearly double the first two sessions — despite covering fewer areas. How does that make any sense?
