I have had very little experience with Botox in the past so was a little nervous. However, when I arrived everyone was warm and friendly and made me very comfortable. Hope was my nurse and she was great to work with. There was no pressure to do anything I didn’t plan to do and I really appreciated that. She answered all my questions and made sure I was at ease before we did my treatment.
