I am a dealer in Florida and recently sent 5 machines to Laser Cycle to install and service for one of our national accounts. I thought I needed warranty maintenance on my printer, turns out my mailing labels gummed up the works and it wasn't covered. Lasercycle took great care in cleaning it up and now this one-woman company is back in business.
