Although we decided due to other damage on the couch to not proceed with a full couch clean, we had a 10/10 experience with Rick. Rick came out the day after I reached out, gave his honest opinion on the state of the couch, cleaned a portion of the couch as seen in the photo which took the couch back to the original coloring. He was kind, honest, and clearly knows what he’s doing. They were quick to get me scheduled and very friendly. Would highly recommend them to friends.
Had a huge wine stain on our carpet. The guy showed up right away and not only got the stain out but saw the sofa needed cleaning and now it looks like new!
