I had very negative experience with this company. I bought a Groupon for my daughter for a year of unlimited laser hair removal in 2016. The San Antonio location canceled many of my daughter's appointments with minimal notice. They also closed down their office and moved to a new location without notice. We had to wait for them to reopen and keep calling to get any information. They eventually did reopen.
