I have had an amazing experience with the first 6 sessions - great results and great care by Alla in St Claire location a few years ago. Currently, I have paid for another 6 sessions at Avenue Rd location but as of 6 months ago I have not been able to get ahold of the owner by email or phone - calls and emails not replied to - which means I am owed 4 remaining sessions or or owed nearly a full $400 refund.... I hope this review will receive a needed reply out of some respect or to clarify the situation.
I found this place through a groupon. PLEASE save your money. This lady is rude and unprofessional as one can be. Her add said unlimited laser for 1 year...WRONG. she will give you 6 sessions and charge you $50 if you miss a session. Pfff...you get what you pay for.
It's hard for me to communicate in English. She understood that and she explained everything repeatedly and clearly. I got a microdermabration treatment this month and I am very happy. I liked the atmosphere it was relaxing. Thank you!
Heard about this place through a friend. Somewhat sensitive issue, but was treated very professionally. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to others.
Very happy with my treatment. Everything was explained and all questions answered. The clinic concept is very clean and private. I felt relaxed. Will return for followup treatments. If you are looking for clean, private, honest and professional treatment then this is the right place.
