I was very excited for my IPL appointment today, only to come to a locked office. I called Dr. Bakken, she said I didn’t have an appointment. I DID! But… her New esthetician was fired a few days ago. I’m honestly surprised she didn’t quit sooner. My friend was in the waiting room when I was in 10 days ago, he couldn’t believe how mean the Doctor was to her staff. I had a recheck scheduled for my daughter and was cancelled on 3 times within a month because the "Doctor was not going to be in". Her hours, specifically, are not very accommodating for students or people who work during the day. The estheticians will try to work around your schedule and are more accommodating. I had great experience from the esthetician who was originally there when my daughter did her initial treatments. One of those bad MD'S who don't care about anyone but their bottom dollar. Will never return again and don't recommend anyone see her for dermatology concerns TO BE PLAIN AND SIMPLE.
