My sister and I have been patients of Dr.Bakken for the past few years now, and I feel much confident now that my skin has gotten a lot better. We visit every two weeks, and we’ve seen great improvement. The products they gave us suit our skin than any other products I have used, and the treatments makes a big difference. The person who does our treatments is very kind and makes us feel comfortable every time. We also appreciate how flexible they are with scheduling since my sister works and I’m a student.

I have been coming here with my sister, and our skin has gotten a lot better over time. I used to have a big problem with cystic acne, but the treatments and products have helped me so much. The staff are very kind and make us feel comfortable every visit. They also always remind us about our appointments and keep our schedule flexible, which makes it really easy for us to come regularly.

I was very excited for my IPL appointment today, only to come to a locked office. I called Dr. Bakken, she said I didn’t have an appointment. I DID! But… her New esthetician was fired a few days ago. I’m honestly surprised she didn’t quit sooner. My friend was in the waiting room when I was in 10 days ago, he couldn’t believe how mean the Doctor was to her staff. I had a recheck scheduled for my daughter and was cancelled on 3 times within a month because the "Doctor was not going to be in". Her hours, specifically, are not very accommodating for students or people who work during the day. The estheticians will try to work around your schedule and are more accommodating. I had great experience from the esthetician who was originally there when my daughter did her initial treatments.
