Jeremy from Laser Age was great! Came to my house to pick up my printer. He took it home to fix it and the issue turned out to be small and didn't even want to charge me. Honest guy, very good service. Recommend!
What is wrong with these people. I have called and left messages several times and have not gotten any response. I have been there 4 times in the past 6 weeks and no one is there. FedEx has left dozens of stickers on door. This tells me you are no longer in business.
I was so frustrated with my printer, it was not working properly and honestly I didn’t have time to deal with it. I requested a house call because I work out of my home. When Jeremy came over to fix my printer, he made all my printer worries disappear. Not only was he the nicest guy, but he fixed my printer with no hesitation. Super fast too. He replaced my fuser, and now my printer works like a charm. 12/10 would recommend Laser Age for your printer repair needs. Office staff was so accommodating as well - thank you Heidi! ... read more
