Wonderful park, trails, and gardens!
This is a beautiful park with a nice collection of yellow magnolia trees. See those in early spring. The manicured garden is worth a visit to see how they plant things that will thrive in New York. Take a walk to the Chinese pagoda which came from China and do some morning yoga near the pond. If you go to the pagoda don’t park near the front entrance bc it’s a long walk. Google bf you go to find the lot near the pagoda. They have a nice veterans war museum. Knowledgeable and friendly host!
One of my favorite escapes in Northern Westchester. This beautifully maintained park is a joy to walk through. The Trail of Heroes is my favorite.
