Was very pleased with my results after 6 weeks of decreasing belly fat, didn't expect to lose weight in the process, I lost16lbs, she did explain that I must drink at least 64oz of water per day and change eating habits, ie, fast food, minimal fried foods and decrease sugar intake and exercise ( walking was good for me). ☺️
