Tracy has been a disaster. We have been waiting for delivery of our countertop for almost 2 years now. We purchased in November 2023. Tracy has excuse after excuse for why she cancels our delivery and install. I would be very careful purchasing from this contractor. She's seems to want for us to cancel and refund us so she can resell our counter for much more now.
