We put our deposit down in October and are still waiting for pieces in May. They’re deliver with wrong dimensions, blistered from being in the rain, and differently coloured from eachother. The installer has no-showed on us four times now. They keep forgetting they need pieces and have told us the company no longer makes the cupboards we ordered months ago. Still sitting here with a half put together kitchen months later while being told they’re losing money on our job. No wonder!
There are only a few people in life that you meet who have this incredible talent of being precise, professional, technical and great human beings. Tracy is one of them :) We loved working with her, the entire process went super well and I can highly recommend her to anyone who wants an expert who truly knows how to get a renovation project planned, managed and implemented.
We paid for countertops in our new home and the taps were installed to far back, the water runs on the counter if not turned on full blast. Terrible customer service. Would not take responsibility for their error. Never recommend. Ruined sinks / counters in our entire home We paid for the countertop in full and your comments about payment are made up to redirect the issues that your work for us customer service was absolutely terrible. Nice try.
Tracy and her team installed quartz countertops in a kitchen I was building over the winter. They did a fantastic job throughout the process, were super flexible with times and answered every question we had along the way!
It's been 2+ months since Tracy and her skilled tradesmen installed our new quartz counters in our kitchen and we are just as excited today as the day they went in. They removed the old, installed the new, as well as organized the plumber to come in and finish the sink, taps and dishwasher tie ins. They were quick, efficient and left with no mess, all in less that a day.
