Lasalle's There's finally a small local restaurant in the Webster area that has seafood as a prime focus. Lasalle's has been in business at least a year and is a good spot to visit for dinner.
My favorite restaurant! This is my favorite restaurant in the greater rochester area! The crab is the best I have ever had - better than Black and Blue. LaSalle's bakes their crab, instead of steaming it, and it is fabulous. Another favorite is their french onion soup. The service is wonderful, the tables and chairs comfortable. Its a nice place for a quiet dinner for 2 or a larger gathering of friends on a weekend. It is pricey, but you do get what you pay for. I would rather pay a little extra for a truly fabulous meal. I guess winter has set in We visited this place on a Weeknight. The service was very hospitable and the waitress was alert. The seafood special - Dorado - was suppose to be a white flakey fish. Its consistency was more of a swordfish, but tougher and dryer. It was also very crusty. The Calmari was very tender. That was done to perfection. For the most part, for the atmosphere and quality of food, I think it was overpriced.
