My experience at LaSalle Residence has been really disappointing. The building is not well maintained and issues take a long time to get fixed. Communication with management is poor and it often feels like residents’ concerns are ignored. The place also isn’t as clean or organized as it should be, especially for what you’re paying. Overall, I expected a much better living experience and would not recommend it to others looking for housing.
This had to be the worst place we brought my mom to. They said they had no problem with 98 year old dementia patients. They changed our contract without notice and we didn't have any choice. My mother left there by ambulance dehydrated and with malnutrition . Not that they didn't ask her, but my problem is they reported that she was eating and she was not.
