My experience working with Jessica McCourt was positive. She was professional, consistent in our communication and a pleasure to partner with. Update: Due to the handling of issues from agency and client side. 2 stars. They will only call you when it’s their interest they will not find you a solid stable job and will not take you seriously if you give them honest feedback on assignments. When you are laid off they will not answer your calls to check in with you purposely and they will advise unemployment you did not report to try and not pay you. Not a professional company anymore sadly.
My experience with Michaela Adams with LaSalle Network has been the best. Her professionalism exceeds my expectations every time. As a recruiter, she is very caring and kept up communication with both me and my current employer until I got hired. I truly appreciate all that she did. She is a wonderful, wonderful recruiter and an asset to LaSalle Network Staffing Agency.
Long story short: They ghosted me. This was not my first rodeo working with a contractor/employment sourcing company. Working with companies like this used to be my full-time job. I applied to some roles on Lasalle's website and didn't hear anything from them for weeks. I finally heard back after probably a month+.
