Worst phone system. Wait over 20 minutes for a random hang up, or hit one to book or cancel and appointment and it says this number doesn't have voicemail. I just want to speak to a receptionist!! Love Dr.Perry, hate the phone system. Needs to be addressed!!!
Never answer the phone. Better to drive there just to make appointment with your doctor..and they wonder why we use a clinic. Wait times suck to see family doctor
Most disrespectful, unprofessional and unintelligent human beings to ever work in the medical field. The secretaries are the rudest human beings to walk the earth good luck getting an appointment with Dr. Bill he’s always booked up. Go ANYWHERE else and don’t waste your time!
The secretary's are very rude and disrespectful on the phone. Beyond the worst I have ever experienced from a doctor office. So unprofessional. Seems like upper management aren't doing anything about this, clearly to all the horrible reviews. Find a doctor elsewhere. The nurses are not very friendly either. Can never get a doctor appt as well, usually a month out.
