I fractured my foot on 2/28/26. I was seen in urgent care and have a disc with xrays. Due to a change with my med group (andcontract), all patients assigned to Blue Zone had to be switched to Lasalle. On Monday 3/2, I called my med group (Community Alliance in Redlands) and they said an URGENT request was sent to Lasalle to get my information and set up my Lasalle acct. I loved it here. The staff was friendly and nice. This location is a lot bigger than the one on Mt Vernon. They close @12 for lunch and reopen at 1

This facility is horrible!!!!! I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to see a doctor, who does not believe in taking medication... I came in with severe pain and after waiting that long I left in excruciating pain!!! My appointment was at 11:20 I was told to arrive at 11 and I was out of there @ 1pm with no medication prescription and I was also asking for a jury duty excusal letter, the doctor said he has to ask the manager about that, I was told the manager is out to lunch I can either wait another possibly 30 minutes they weren'... read more
