Arrived early at 10 no one at loading area ,check in and was told I need appointment then told to get out of the way and go park on a designated corner they have,ok no problem but I am looking for another load and no coming back here
Im gonna give 2 stars just because im nice guy. Make sure you know your appt time And sure they will srew you on the gross Broker told me 45k max Shipper gave me bol saying its only 40k But their scale shows gross 84500k

Absolutely the worst, most unprofessional place I’ve dealt with in years. I got loaded there today, and the moment the loader finished, my trailer scale showed I was basically at the limit. So I calmly asked the 4WD operator to shift the load slightly forward so the weight would be balanced on the drives. His response? A flat, arrogant “NO.” No explanation. No effort.
