I would not recommend LaSalle Lawn Equipment for repairs. I brought my power washer in because it would not start. After dropping it off, I tried calling several times for updates and left multiple messages, but no one ever returned my calls. I eventually had to stop by in person just to find out the status, only to be told it wasn't ready. When I finally picked it up, I was told to use only fresh gas in the machine. Called for a week straight, not one time did anyone answer the phone. Drove there, not one customer in the lot, called from in the store and watched them look at the phone and ignore it. Id recommend that you take your business to somewhere that will actually care. Because this definitely isnt a place that does unfortunately. $619+ tx for a toro mower that didnt even last 2 years.
