Called for a week straight, not one time did anyone answer the phone. Drove there, not one customer in the lot, called from in the store and watched them look at the phone and ignore it. Id recommend that you take your business to somewhere that will actually care. Because this definitely isnt a place that does unfortunately. $619+ tx for a toro mower that didnt even last 2 years. Extremely frustrating experience. I’ve tried calling multiple times during business hours and no one ever answers the phone. No callbacks, no communication, nothing. If you’re running a business, basic responsiveness shouldn’t be this hard. Very disappointing.
I’ve purchased several pieces of Stihl equipment here, the owners are knowledgeable and friendly. I also recently brought in my aerator to be serviced, the mechanic was also very knowledgeable and explained what he fixed and why, the shop called me in advance to let me know what they would do and confirmed I was good with the price, which I thought was a fair price for the work. I definitely recommend LaSalle Lawn Equipment for sales and service.
Great place for repairs, parts and new purchases. Old fashioned customer service. Open year round and always ready to help kind customers with questions, demonstrations and advice. Great family owned business!
