These guys suck for repairs, do not recommend them to anyone. Total waste of $100.
The owners and staff of LaSalle Lawn Equipment are unbeatable! They are professional, highly knowledgeable & thorough addressing and repairing lawn mower issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. More importantly perhaps, they are gracious, polite and engaged with their customers needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
I wish i can give 0 STAR We bought a trimmer from this place and after few use it stops working and we gave it for repair he never get back to us if its ready or not when we went for check if its ready the guy at the cashier was so rude saying that the part is not here They dont know how to talk with customers and he just return saying that he doesn’t want to give us service as we asked him why you were not replying to calls Very rude behaviour i have ever seen I send my daughter in the car because if him and he refused to g... read more
