I got here at 11pm for an open wound that needed stitches. There was only one patient ahead of me and she only got help after hours of waiting. There are no updates, no phone chargers, no one to check and see if I’m okay. It is almost 5am and I have still not had my stitches, my wound hurts and bleeds nonstop. We sent the family doctor's examination form to LaSalle Hospital and got an appointment very quickly. We had an ultrasound and an MRI, which took a total of three weeks, much faster than we expected. The nurses' service attitude was also very good!

Staff was friendly, surgeon (Reza Tavana) was top notch, wait times reasonable and the operation room was state of the art.
