First time at this hospital. I’m a nurse and I was impressed with the excellent care that I received. 🤗🤗 All staff were professional and Compassionate in their manner. Very competent and excellent care. I had a large second degree burn on my arm and was also back next day for re-evaluating. They were super helpful and I would go back for sure 👍 (i’m reading a lot of negative reviews by people who complain about waiting. Not impressed poor service. Poor customer service at triage too. People jst starting their shifts being lazy at 5 pm. Hows that? Answer a question.. when thats a normal question to ask. Some people shouldn't work there, especially if they get lazy starting a shift. No?

I had surgery last week by Dr Kliche, surgery was great recovery amazing. The reason for 3 stars, I called to transfer my results for an EKG I had before my surgery to another clinic, I tried to get into contact with the archive department. I was transferred a total of 5 times spoke to 5 seperate people about the same issue. To just get sent to a voicemail line I hope will send me or call me back. The communication system is a joke. I spoke French too lol just to get screwed.
