We recently visited for my children’s first eye exam experience they were kind, and helpful. Both kiddos were able to pick out frames they loved.
Wonderful experience. The front desk person helped explain what my insurance covered, went over pricing before the initial visit, and helped me pick a frame and get me fitted. Dr. Leslie didn’t make me feel rushed and did a thorough exam and allowed me to ask questions along the way. We need more small businesses like this in New Orleans. Highly recommend!
Dr. Morris is a true Angel. She greeted me at the door with a huge smile. She’s very professional, and she thoroughly explained everything during my appointment.
Dr. Leslie is a money hungry unethical professional! She refused to file a claim through my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and forced me to pay out of pocket. She told me I had not yet reached my deductible so I had to pay $175 for the first visit. Considering I was in a ton of pain from a corneal abrasion, I paid the money.
