I ordered pastries and drinks; while the pastries were handed to me right away, I was left standing at the counter waiting for my drinks when two people walked in, placed their drink orders, and received theirs before me. It was disappointing to see the drink queue handled out of sequence, especially while I was actively waiting at the counter. The store was not even busy at the time—it was just me in line, followed by the two customers who came in after me.

We went last week and ordered a ube matcha latte with almond milk. The barista poured about half of the cup with whole milk, stopped and then proceeded to add almond milk instead of remaking it. Not only did we paid extra for the almond, that is a health code violation that could've injured someone with a dairy allergy. I get making a mistake, but to sweep it under and pretend it was just almond is not okay.
