The association meets once per month to review applications for prospective tenants/owners. I have a listing for rent & they are not cooperating with the application reviewal process. They met last week & have told me they will not meet in August but will meet again ON THE THIRD MONDAY OF SEPTEMBER. That’s nearly two months without reviewing applications. Be mindful of what association you want to put your money into….Run from this one!
To charge almost $900 to people that are on a fixed income should be investigated and against the law! Can’t even get the unit sold because everyone is scared of the HOA! Can’t even sell the unit to an investor because the HOA is so high! Inverrary is now rundown. I could Understand a little bit if it was all ages, but to know that this community is 55 and older come on now this makes no sense! This is not Fort Lauderdale or South Beach lol! This place needs to be investigated asap!
