Awesome staff. Sam, Tara, and Vanessa are awesome what they do. We lived in the 3 bedroom apartment was very nice. Maintenance came on time and did their job well and very friendly. I highly recommend this place

Nice place, decent price, but look out when you move out...everyone I know has lost all or part of thier security deposit due to normal wear and tear...even if the apartment was due for new carpet/paint in accordance with periodic maintenance, they will charge you...document everything when you move in and scotch guard the carpet if you can to remove the possibility of being charged for normal wear and tear
Las Ventanas is very clean, friendly staff, great pool, Price very reasonable.
