No Party Here Please. Only Quiet surrounded by owners (only a few rentals). Be prepared for stairs to get to any condo if you rent (some owners may have elevators in thier ground floor garages IDK but not for rentals. It's for Family not for N party and not on any beach nor has any bars or vendors. Again Quiet Relaxing. Don't book or stay here if you thinking oilfield being loud. Condos are very well equipped and they have strict rules about leaving dirtiness.
Nice new condo with plenty of space and condos that have good views and very convenient access to boat docks. Inside the condos are pretty well maintained, or at least this one was. Will definitely put it on my list of places to possibly rent a condo if needed in SPI.
Nice place, but if your on the top floor bring a fan it gets warm in the middle of the night
Clean, loved the view , surprisingly comfortable beds.....that's a plus
