Customer service is everything to me and it is to them. They have handled many traffic tickets(over five) for me personally over the past two years, yet i have ZERO points on my record. I've referred many people I know and they have yet to disappoint. Process couldn't be easier and they keep you updated along the whole way, just one phone call to give them the information they need to fight the case and they handle it from there. I will continue to use John Shimer and his Law office, you should too.
