They've been excellent! Excellent on service. Excellent on help. I've had several issues with my coach, brought it to RV Doctors and they've diagnosed it and fixed it in a timely manner. Excellent support. They were the only ones I would trust to do the tv cabinet conversion. They have always been very helpful over the phone when I've had questions. Oh, Dear! Where do I start? We have taken our Coachmen into RVDR in the past and they have done good work. Recently our leveling jacks were not working properly so of course we took it to RVDR. After not hearing from them for two weeks my husband called to see what the problem was. They really could not give us a straight answer, repeatedly telling us we needed new parts. Took my Diplomat RV in for service with a LAUNDRY list of items....hydraulic, electronic, door latch...etc..... They fixed them all!! They didn't waste my time or my money. These guys come highly recommended.
