Received quotes from a few water softener companies and decided to go with Las Vegas Quality Water Works. And we are sure glad we did. After hearing from the warehouse manager on why their products are superior to others, as far as dealing specifically with Las Vegas water, we scheduled our installation. LV Quality Water promptly handled the warranty claim with the manufacturer and scheduled the water softener bed replacement. The field technician, DJ, was a pleasure to work with. He came within the service window, called ahead, was professional, knowledgeable and very patient with any questions that I had.
L.V. Quality Water Works (the name Quality is an oxymoron) performed service at our property on a reverse osmosis system that they had installed for the previous owner of our home. In fact, L.V. Quality Water Works had installed two RO systems, and one water softening system. In Dec. 2024, they came to replace a faulty RO tank.
