So I had Quality Water come out to take a look at my water softener. This company is legit. Nick Campbell was my service tech and he was awesome! Nick was extremely quick to fix my issue. management here is great along with the dispatchers. I will be calling Quality Water again for any issues that I might have in the future.
They come every year to replace the filters; quick, professional, and highly recommended.
We had our water softener from Las Vegas Quality WaterWorks for 8 years now. We called for service to check our equipment that we noticed was not working . We were so please with Juan our technician who was professional, nice , prompt and knowledgeable . Really detailed in his approach with good explanation on what he was doing which was really helpful. We highly recommend this company for the good and prompt service of their knowledgeable technicians. Good company with great service.
I had the pleasure of working with Chris to get the parts I needed to change the membrane and three filters in my RO system. He gave lots of great advice, answered my questions, and provided an overall great experience.
I moved my water softener only to crack the flow valve, leading to a gushing geyser in my garage. While the part was cheap, I couldn’t find anything in the Vegas area that had it, and ordering it took 2 days - too long to be without water.
