I was having an issue with my ice maker. GE Monogram service said it was the RO. Juan from LV Quality Water came out and disconnected the RO from the refrigerator. Still no water or ice (not Juan's issue). He checked the water pressure outside. Which was low. He increased that for me. He pumped up my RO with more air. I was in need of a value for my water softener and I called Chris and he was very helpful and found the part I needed. When I arrived he had it up front ready to go.
Had an inspection done of my soft water system and reverse osmosis water filter by Juan and this guy explained everything and answered all my questions even my dumb ones. He was so professional so informative that you have to request for him every time you need any help. Promote him and don't loose him, such a valuable employee. Thank you Juan next time I need a service call I'm requesting Juan!!
